Affiliate Program Terms of Service

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be a registered Margentr user with an active paid subscription;
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate and complete information when applying;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction in which you operate.

Upon enrolment, you will be assigned a unique referral code (e.g., margentr.com/?ref=YOURCODE). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Margentr account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Affiliate account. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Affiliate account, code, or earnings to any third party without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate an Affiliate account at our sole discretion.

Commission Rate: 20% of the net subscription revenue paid by each Referred User for the lifetime of their paid subscription (the "Lifetime Commission").

Net Revenue means subscription revenue actually received from the Referred User, after deduction of payment processor fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and any discount, credit, or promotion applied to that subscription.

Adjustments: Refunds, chargebacks, and subscription cancellations within any applicable refund window will be deducted from your accrued commission. If a deduction results in a negative balance, the negative amount will be applied against future commissions.

Rate Changes: Margentr may modify the standard commission rate prospectively — that is, for new Referred Users acquired after the change. Existing Referred Users will continue to accrue commission at the rate in effect at the time they signed up. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice of any rate change.

Cookie-Based Tracking. When a visitor clicks your referral link, we set a tracking cookie in their browser that remains valid for thirty (30) days from the most recent click ("Attribution Window").

Last-Touch Attribution. If a visitor clicks more than one affiliate referral link before signing up, the link clicked most recently within the Attribution Window will receive credit. Earlier clicks are overwritten by the latest one.

Sign-Up and Payment Required. Commission accrues only when the Referred User both (a) creates a Margentr account within the Attribution Window AND (b) makes a successful paid subscription payment. No commission accrues for trial-only users until they convert to paid.

Cross-Device Limitation. Cookie-based tracking is necessarily limited to a single browser on a single device. If a visitor clicks your referral link on one device and signs up on another device, attribution may not occur. We do not guarantee cross-device attribution and are not liable for attribution loss arising from this limitation.

User Behaviour. Attribution may also be lost if a visitor clears cookies, browses in private or incognito mode, uses tracking-prevention browser features, or is using a device or network configuration that blocks tracking cookies. We are not responsible for attribution losses arising from such user behaviour.

You agree that you will NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Refer yourself, members of your immediate household, or any accounts under your direct or indirect control (Self-Referral);
• Make any false, misleading, or deceptive statement about Margentr, its products, pricing, or the Program;
• Place referral links in spam email, unsolicited messages, comment spam, forum spam, or any unsolicited promotional activity;
• Bid on Margentr trademarks, brand names, or branded keywords in any paid advertising platform (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) targeting Margentr-branded searches;
• Register or use domain names, social media handles, or app store listings that contain or imply affiliation with the Margentr brand without our prior written consent;
• Use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, click fraud, fake traffic, bot traffic, incentivised clicks, or any other artificial or automated means to generate referrals or commission;
• Impersonate Margentr, its officers, employees, or contractors, or hold yourself out as an official representative;
• Promote the Program in any jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to do so, or to any person prohibited by law from participating;
• Distribute promotional discount codes outside of channels expressly approved by us in writing;
• Engage in any other conduct that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be harmful to Margentr, its users, or the integrity of the Program.

Payout Method. Payouts are made by bank transfer or e-wallet to the account you specify in your Affiliate dashboard. You are solely responsible for keeping payout details accurate and current. Margentr is not liable for failed transfers caused by incorrect or outdated payout information.

Currency. Indonesian Affiliates receive payout in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Malaysian Affiliates receive payout in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where currency conversion is required, we apply our published exchange rate at the time of payout, which may include a small spread to cover conversion costs.

Minimum Payout Threshold. The equivalent of Rp 100.000 (IDR) or RM 30 (MYR). Balances below the threshold roll over to the next payout period.

Payout Schedule. Commission accrued through the end of a calendar month is paid within the first fifteen (15) business days of the following month, subject to the minimum threshold and any holds described below.

Payout Holds. We may hold or delay any payout if we suspect fraud, chargeback risk, refund risk, or where we require verification of your identity, tax status, or payout details. Holds will be resolved as soon as reasonably practicable once the underlying issue is addressed.

No Interest. No interest accrues on balances held by us pending payout.

You are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, contributions, fees, and government obligations arising from commission earnings under the Program, including but not limited to income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, and any social security or similar contributions.

Margentr may issue tax documents (including, where applicable, Indonesian PPh-23 withholding statements) and may withhold amounts from your commission where required by applicable law. You agree to provide any tax-related information we reasonably request, including a valid Tax Identification Number, to enable compliant payout processing.

Term. These Terms begin when you enrol in the Program and continue until terminated by either party.

Termination by You. You may terminate at any time by closing your Affiliate account from your Margentr dashboard or by contacting support.

Termination by Margentr. We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, excessive chargebacks attributable to your referrals, or our reasonable determination that continued participation is harmful to Margentr.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Affiliate account, your referral links cease to attribute new sign-ups. Commission accrued before termination but not yet paid will be paid at the next scheduled payout date, subject to the minimum threshold. Termination for cause — particularly for fraud, breach of section 5, or repeated violations — results in immediate forfeiture of all pending and accrued but unpaid commission, and Margentr reserves the right to reverse any payouts made on the basis of fraudulent activity.

Statistics, dashboards, customer-level data, and any non-public information made available through your Affiliate account are confidential. You may not disclose them to any third party, publish them, or use them for any purpose other than tracking your performance under the Program, without our prior written consent.

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARGENTR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF EARNINGS, NUMBER OF REFERRALS, CONVERSION RATE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARGENTR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSION ACTUALLY PAID TO YOU UNDER THE PROGRAM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL MARGENTR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Affiliates by email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your Affiliate account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms are made available in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The English-language version is the original and authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or ambiguity between the English and Bahasa Indonesia versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail and govern, and the Bahasa Indonesia version is provided solely for convenience.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws provisions. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
